Natasha started her jiu jitsu journey as recommended by a physician to help regulate anxiety and stress levels from her academic path as an architecture student. She started her jiu jitsu journey in Panama at age 19 and continued her journey in Spain through her masters degree and now the united states. Natasha balances her life as successful architect, jiu jitsu coach, jiu jitsu practitioner and wife. One of her goals is to inspire girls and women from all ages and backgrounds to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves by learning martial arts leading our ONLY WOMENS CLASS as an introduction to Jiu Jitsu for females.
